Peppered Moth Natural Selection Simulation
Peppered Moth Natural Selection Simulation
back
Description:
A wonderful activity that shows how differing camouflage can lead to selective predation and hence a change in the population. The pupil plays the part of a predatory bird hunting for moths in the forest. Depending on whether you choose to hunt in a pre-industrial or post-industrial forest you will find either the dark moth or the light moth easier to catch. Go on. Have a go.
